Conveyor systems are the type of mechanical systems used to transport heavy material. A conveyor system is complex machinery created by applying proper engineering methods and skills. The material is used with the help of a mesh conveyor with water sprouts and then it is moved for sorting according to the size, then for inspection, and then to the freezing or cooking units.
The conveyor systems could be single line or multi-line systems. The single line conveyor systems usually fan out to a battery of lines that usually move at lesser speeds. A feeder used in sorting and inspection lines is an example of the single line conveyor systems. These systems usually work very slowly. In these systems, the discharge throat works in a manner that it moves from one line to the other, coming back to the first.
Some of the conveyor systems operate steadily at a single speed, while the others stop at different stations for fixed periods of time before proceeding further. A good example can be an automobile assembly line, which has pre-set or manually arranged functions.
